TIX ON LINE 
POLICY STATEMENT

TIX ON LINE allows the purchaser to obtain the best seating available, when seating is a factor.  The best possible seat(s) will be issued based on availability at time of purchase.  Ticket orders are processed in the order they are received.  Seating (where applicable) will be issued together, where possible.  When this is not possible, seats will be located as close as possible.  If this is not satisfactory, you must state this in the ordering instructions or the ticket order will be processed.

Tickets purchased through TIX ON LINE are subject to a ticket surcharge. There is also a per order shipping charge assessed on each order. Policies set forth by our clients (promoters, artists, venues, events, etc.) prohibit TIX ON LINE from exchanging tickets and/or refunding purchase price after the order is processed.  Any exceptions to this policy are handled through our client and such exceptions will be clearly stated on your tickets.

ALLOW AMPLE TIME FOR DELIVERY!  We cannot accept responsibility for delays in mail or express delivery.   If you selected normal delivery, we recommend you allow 5 days for receipt.  For express delivery, allow 1-2 days for receipt.  Orders to be picked up at the Event (will call) can be processed up to midnight (Eastern Time) of the day prior to first day of the Event.  In the event we feel your order may not reach you in time, we will e-mail you with notification to pick up tickets at the Event.  You will be assigned a unique number which will be needed to pick up your tickets.

ALL REGULAR DELIVERY ORDERS WILL BE HELD AT THE EVENT's WILL CALL TICKET WINDOW WHEN ORDERED LESS THAN FIVE (5) DAYS PRIOR TO AN EVENT. NEXT DAY DELIVERY ORDERS WILL BE HELD AT WILL CALL WHEN ORDERED LESS THAN TWO (2) DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT. NO ORDERSWILL BE PROCESSED AFTER 12:01 AM (ET) THE DAY OF THE EVENT.

Once you receive your tickets, please keep them in a safe place. Policies set forth by our clients DO NOT allow TIX ON LINE to replace tickets if they are lost, stolen, or damaged. Please note that direct sunlight or heat can damage some tickets.  The promoter (venue, event, etc.) has the right to NOT accept a ticket in this condition.
